Shipping Details:

Shipping is free on all orders within Dubai. We aim to dispatch your order promptly to ensure timely delivery. The delivery time varies based on location and order processing. For Dubai residents, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
80% of orders are delivered within 1-3 days.
15% of orders are delivered within 4-8 days.
For the remaining 5% of orders, delivery may take over 8 days.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and will swiftly resolve the issue for you. Please provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item to support your claim. In cases where photos may not suffice, we kindly ask for a video demonstrating the damage to expedite the resolution process.

Returns Procedure:

In the event that our Dispute Team requests a return for further assessment, the damaged products must be returned to Artessia. Our team will provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
